This piece was created when a friend and I decided to kayak to Sand Spur Island. It was a dream of a day, filled with camaraderie and sensations of pure relaxation. We arrived at the island and soon after discovered this group had staked out a tremendous spot, sheltered from the sun, but cooled by a sweet breeze. They had a spread that showed an exceptional amount of dedication to an amazing day of pure bliss. We knew these were our kind of people!
